My journey: from athlete to dedicated coach

I've been an athlete my entire life, competing in swimming, distance running, and baseball. My love for the gym and fitness began in my late teenage years, and I've been actively engaged in the fitness world for the past nine years. What truly differentiates my journey is navigating diverse life experiences, from demanding corporate desk jobs to personal battles with mental health and various injuries. These experiences allow me to connect deeply with my clients, fostering relationships that consistently lead to success. I understand the challenges you face, and I'm here to guide you through them.

Overcoming challenges, achieving greatness

My proudest moments as an athlete and bodybuilder stem from overcoming incredibly difficult challenges over the years. I've battled depression, anxiety, and OCD, and I understand the significant barriers these can pose to both mental and physical health. I have also personally navigated physical therapy for multiple knee and elbow injuries, fully grasping the dedication required to get back in shape. Furthermore, I have developed elite strength and muscle mass throughout my lifting career, achieving a powerlifting total over 1100 pounds while building substantial muscle mass during the process.
